We are a small family run business who provide short term accommodation in Doncaster.  We aim to provide all our guests with the home away from home experience. We are passionate about providing quality serviced accommodation in Doncaster at an affordable price, that will keep you coming back to us time and time again.

We live in Doncaster ourselves within a 15 minutes drive from all of our properties, so we are always available to help should you need it.

Serviced Accommodation provides a cosy, homey experience. Fresh linens, blankets, and towels are ready upon your arrival. You can come and go at your leisure, enjoying extra space and cooking facilities.

Our minimum night stay varies from 2, 4 and 7 nights depending on the accommodation you choose.  Some of our guests stay for many weeks whilst working locally, or just for a couple of nights whilst visiting the area or Doncaster races for a couple of nights.

We welcome upto 2 dogs with you at one of our dog-friendly properties. These properties are Dean House and St Johns House. There is an additional charge for dogs  at £20 per  stay.

We do not allow any pets apart from dogs at our properties.

We do a thorough clean after every stay to ensure all dog hairs are clear to maintain our properties to their fullest.

Please note: Any dog mess found in the garden after departure will incur a deduction of £50 from your security deposit of £150. 

All our properties have free parking, whether it is off street or on street depends on which property you choose.

We collect ID to confirm the identity of the lead guest. This helps us to prevent fraudulent bookings and to maintain our properties in a good condition for all our guests to enjoy.

No, the entire property is yours for the duration of your stay so please make yourself feel at home.

After the booking has been paid in full, you will receive a check-in instructions email 48 hours before your arrival. This includes all the details you need to access the keys for the property, directions and house manual for the property.

 

Check-in time is after 14:00 we provide a self-check in so you are not tied to an exact arrival time. We ask all guests to vacate the property by 10am on the day of check-out.  

We hold a damage deposit of £150 against your account 48 hours before your arrival.  Damage deposit is released on inspection after check out. 

We provide free cancellation upto 7 days prior to check in. Less than 7 days before arrival and ‘no shows’ 100% payment is retained.
